Meet Simone

Attorney Simone Freitas is barred in both Florida and Connecticut.  She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of New Haven in 2000 and her law degree from Western New England University School of Law in 2009.  After finishing her law studies and passing the Bar in Connecticut, she worked for a local law firm in her home town in Connecticut as a General Litigator. After 2 years of working in Connecticut, she moved to Florida to start her family. She passed the Bar here in Florida and started Freitas Law Firm, PA in 2013.  Since then, she has rigorously defended her Clients and helped many through the complex legal system here in Central Florida.

When she is not representing her Clients, she enjoys being with her family and going to parks, movies, dinners, and travel.

Meet Jacqueline

Attorney Jacqueline B. Carroll is barred in Florida, obtaining her law degree from Barry University in 2019. Jackie has a BFA from Penn State and a strong background of community action, including serving at several schools as the School Advisory Council president, spearheading local school initiatives, and driving change through HOA involvement. Before becoming an attorney, Jackie enjoyed over 20 years of experience within the adoption industry, as well as 16 years of successful experience working in the non-profit sector.

In her free time, Attorney Carroll enjoys spending time with her husband and five children, and continues her 20-year commitment as a Liaison for the LAM Foundation and as Founder and Director of the Orlando Adoption Network, Central Florida’s longest-running adoption support group. She is proud to have called Orlando home for the past 18 years and is grateful to be able to provide representation on a variety of legal issues to Orlando residents in need of legal assistance.
